Villa Bellevue

Villa Bellevue is situated on the waterfront at Cala Caterina, the most prestigious residential beach area in Villasimius, on the south coast of Sardinia island. Surrounded by the perfumed and characteristic Mediterranean vegetation, the sea is just few meters from the villa, and with sea views from most rooms.

The views are amazing, and each bedroom has direct access to the garden. The land is part of the marine protected natural park of Capo Carbonara.

Villa Bellevue is made up of one main building and two apartments.

In the main villa, there is a large living room with beautiful fireplace, opening onto a terrace on the water. There is a dining area, convivial social zone on a raised lounge around the fireplace.

There is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two other double bedrooms that share a bathroom, a kitchen and a bedroom and bathroom for staff. All bedrooms except for the staff room have sea views. There is a small laundry area.

Each apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a single room, a bathroom and kitchenette. 

The villa has a hot and cold air-conditioning system, a switchboard (intercom) and wi-fi internet. It has a security alarm system, a 40” HD satellite television in the living room, and another HD TV in the master bedroom.

Three bedrooms have a fireplace, as well as the living room. Outside the kitchen there is also a barbecue.

There are six covered car parking spaces and garage for a further four vehicles.

The beautiful new-built (2021) infinity swimming pool with a fantastic sea view is just on the seaside. It’s a perfect place where to admire the sunsets.

Less than twenty metres from the villa, three paths lead to the sea, two to sandy beaches below the property and the third to a cove, where magnificent rocks have been sculpted by the wind and waves.

The villa is about one km from Villasimius marina, accommodating yachts up to 20 metres.
You can use the path along the coast to enjoy a walk to the boats without using the road.
There is also a golf course nearby, and horse-riding facilities.
