The Main House offers stunning sea views and modern comfort, featuring 2 bedrooms, a master suite with a private studio, and 2 elegant bathrooms plus an additional WC. The ground level includes an open-plan dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a dining table overlooking the sea. The living room has a large window, Smart TV, and Sonos sound system. Two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with joinable twin beds, offer views of the Mediterranean landscape. The upper level features the air-conditioned master bedroom with a private studio and breathtaking sea views. The master bathroom includes a stand-alone bathtub, a spacious shower, and high-quality stone and wood finishes.

The Tower House offers breathtaking sea views and modern amenities. The ground level features a combined living and dining area with a large window and access to the veranda overlooking the pool. The open, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for hosting. A guest room with joinable twin beds and an ensuite shower room provides additional comfort. The upper level includes a master bedroom with stunning sea views and a cozy reading area, along with a second double bedroom and a spacious shower room. A gallery above the master bedroom features a reading nook and work area with spectacular views.

This property features expansive terraces with dining areas, sofas, sunbeds, and a built-in pizza oven, perfect for outdoor relaxation and dining. It includes a private, illuminated pool for night swims, a gas barbecue, an outdoor shower, and portable Bluetooth speakers for garden and terrace enjoyment.
