Villa Charlotte

This a large 19th century Provençal farmhouse, with six bedrooms, in the hills outside the village of La Môle, an oasis of peace in 50 acres of land, yet only about 20 minutes from the glamour and beaches of St Tropez.

The large swimming pool is set a short walk from the house and is both fenced and alarmed. There is a vineyard at the edge of the estate where you can taste and buy one of the best rosé wines in the area.

The old natural flagstone floor of the ground floor rooms insures constant coolness in the heat of summer.

The dining room, decorated in Tuscan style, seats twelve and opens onto the lower terrace.

The very large Master Bedroom, features a king size bed, a lounge area with desk and sofa, and a door opening onto the upper terrace behind the house, which leads to the back lawn.

The nearby village of la Môle has a small but well-stocked supermarket and an award-winning bakery which also sells pies and pizzas. L’Auberge de la Môle is a well known restaurant often frequented by celebrities which offers remarkable cuisine from the Périgord in a rustic setting. There are two other pleasant little restaurants in the village as well.

The nearest beach is at Rayol Canadel sur Mer, about 15 minutes away. Do not miss The Tropicana Club bar and restaurant on the beach.

First floor:
Master bedroom with four poster bed, sitting area and fireplace, en-suite bathroom, and door to rear terrace. Sitting room with TV. Three further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There is a separate single bed in one of these rooms. Two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, share a wc. One of these bedrooms has four single beds.
